TERMS & CONDITIONS *

If selected as an exhibitor with INLAND, this document will stand as a legally binding Agreement between you, "Exhibitor” and “INLAND”, Inland Design Gallery Inc. as held at QRC West, the “Venue". 

INLAND DATES:
Friday, September 29, 3-10pm
Saturday, September 30, 11-7pm
> > Press & Industry Preview Friday, September 29, 2-3pm

APPLICATION FEE: $15 non-refundable. A link will be sent to you within 5 days of submission. Fees do NOT apply to past exhibitors and those who receive a direct invitation. 

SPACE FEES: See question #14.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
 Exhibitor is required to make full payment within 5 business days of receiving a welcome notice in order to confirm registration. Holds are not permitted, registration is non-transferable and fees are non-refundable after 30 days prior to the event.                                                                                                                                                                                    
PROMOTIONS: Exhibitor agrees to promote their involvement at INLAND at least twice prior and twice during show weekend through social media or direct email.          

SALES REPORTS:
Exhibitor agrees to share their sales totals with INLAND following the event. Cumulative data will be shared with stakeholders and sponsors, but individual business names and sales results will never be shared.                                                                                                                                                         
BOOTH DESIGN CRITERIA:
 Booth space comes raw with no fixtures or side walls and for some spaces - no back walls. Roll racks and stools may be rented or you can bring their own at no additional charge. All fixtures and installations must be approved in writing by INLAND two weeks prior to the event. Exhibitors are not permitted to nail, tape or fix anything to the walls or floors. It is expected that attention be given to booth design and product presentation. No visible storage bins are permitted in the space. INLAND reserves the right to change booth allocation, remove, prohibit or decline any part of an exhibit anytime before or during the show without advanced notice. Pets, music and/or instruments are not permitted at INLAND. 

LOAD IN / OUT:
  Load-in will take place on Friday, September 29 from 11am - 2pm. A Press Preview will take place from 2-3pm. Show opens at 3pm. Load-out will take place on Saturday September 30 from 7pm-9pm. Exhibitors are required to maintain a complete set-up and fully staffed sales area throughout the duration of the show. Exhibitors are NOT permitted to remove any fixtures or merchandising items during show hours. All items must be removed from the Venue by 9pm. As required and set by the Venue, Exhibitor agrees to pay a $400 per hour rate for any hour, or part of an hour, that any item of theirs is left in the space beyond the license period of 9pm. 

HOLD HARMLESS:
 Exhibitor agrees not to make permanent alternations to the space and to make repairs for any damages caused to the Venue, or items within the Venue. In the case of damage, INLAND may make repairs on Exhibitor's behalf and Exhibitor will be personally liable for any costs incurred. Exhibitor shall hold the Venue and INLAND, and all INLAND partners, staff, volunteers and/or otherwise, harmless from all liability, loss, costs, expenses, or damages howsoever caused, to merchandise or any act or omission, including but not limited to any injury (whether to body, property or reputation). Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining own insurance and acknowledges that coverage will not be provided by INLAND or the Venue.

PHOTO/VIDEO RIGHTS + RELEASE: Exhibitor grants INLAND the right to take photos or video of them, their booth set-up and/or property while exhibiting at INLAND and authorizes INLAND use of these photos, and provided brand images or video, with or without personal or business name credit, for all future on-line and off-line promotional purposes. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Beverage or food product sales or sampling is not permitted. 

CANCELLATION:
INLAND reserves the right to postpone or cancel the show at any time and for any reason and will not be held liable for non-delivery or termination. In such case, this Agreement, and any payments made, will be deferred to a later date, and possibly new venue. Exhibitor cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to the show to receive a refund. After 30 days prior to the event, refunds will not be provided. 

SEVERABILITY:
If any part of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force.
